Boston lodge is one of best bed and breakfast guest houses in Lincolnshire and is ideal for touring the Fens. The B&B has ten bedrooms all with en-suite.

Your hosts, Patrick and Hazel took over the bed and breakfast lodge nr. Boston in
Lincolnshire on August 15th 2008 they have
totally transformed the guest house and appliances to comply with their own
high standards and that of the catering industry to bring it once again to a
4-5 star rating.

The Lodge accommodation in Lincolnshire comprises of 2 single bedrooms (one has shower only and one has bath + shower), 3 double bedrooms (all with en-suite bath and shower) 2 twin bedrooms (with en-suite shower), 2 family rooms with en-suite shower, plus a self catering flat.
Boston lodge has ample off street parking facilities for all its' residents.
All the bedrooms in the guest house offer:

The rooms at Boston Lodge are clean and airy, pleasantly decorated and maintained to a very high standard. All the bedrooms are non-smoking. 3 of the bedrooms are on the ground floor. All have handrail in both the toilet and shower, and are accessible to the walking disabled.

Single Bedrooms
Our guest house has
2 single rooms with en-suites , one has shower only and one has bath +
shower.
Twin Bedrooms
We have 2 twin bedrooms both with en-suite with shower.
Double Bedrooms
Our B&B has
3 double bedrooms all with bath and shower.
2 Family Rooms
Our bed and breakfast has one first floor family room comprising of a double bed and one
single with en-suite bath and shower.
The second family suite is on the ground floor and has 2 linked bedrooms one with a
double bed and one with 2 single beds. It has an en-suite shower. The
suite overlooks the gardens.
Self Contained Flat
We also have a self contained / self catering accommodation / flat
with double bedroom and
en-suite with shower on the first floor. The self contained accommodation
also has a spacious lounge / dining and kitchen area with cooker
fridge, microwave and toaster. It has its own private external access door.
Bedroom TV and Coffee Facilities
All bedrooms have Remote TV and coffee and tea making facilities.
All have table and chairs in the seating area.
En-suite Bathrooms
All bedrooms have en-suite facilities with toilet (some have bath
and shower some have shower only. Both the toilets and bathrooms have
handrails.
Guest Lounge
We have a comfortable guest lounge for you to relax in. WI fi Internet facility is available in the reception area, although some
guests have accessed the internet from their rooms, depending on the type of
computer system they have.
